Jeanne Ginsberg,MA,LMHC is the Coordinator of VCLC SEIT Program, Team Leader, and Mental Health Counselor. Jeanne has been with Variety Child Learning Center since 1982. She began as a preschool classroom special education teacher, became a supervisor and team leader, led Sibling Groups for siblings of children with special needs, headed the Evaluation Team, and became the SEIT Coordinator when VCLC established one of the first SEIT programs on Long Island in 1993. Jeanne has presented topics including SEIT, Anxiety Disorders in Childhood, Attachment Theory, Handling Separation Issues in young Children, and Play Therapy. She maintains a private counseling practice for children, families, and adults in Huntington, NY.
