Workshop 1J: The Seven Correlates of Effective Schools
Chris James Anderson serves as full-time faculty in the Concordia College-NY Teacher Education Masters’ Program. Since 2006, he taught graduate and undergraduate-level courses for Christ-based Institutes of Higher Education. A second doctoral program through Grand Canyon University emphasized organization leadership to promote Effective Schools Research (Lezotte & Snyder, 2011), which identified seven essential correlates of effective school programs. In 2004, Chris founded UCAN to promote a greater understanding of classroom assessment networks. He believes education is the endeavor that strengthens a mind, frees a spirit, and enriches a society.
